Homeowner Association Case Study

Challenges:

Client needed solution to match the Homeowners Association Architectural Regulations. A permit was also necessary to meet the painting requirements of this high story building code. Additional challenge included the weather during cold conditions.

Solution:

Coopersburg Painting prepared a proposal that addressed color mixing to match existing color scheme community requirements. Coopersburg Painting obtained, prepared, and submitted the necessary permits to governing body prior to the project. Scaffolding/high reach equipment was utilized to meet the project requirements along with the construction of a temporary barrier to maintain appropriate temperature for proper paint curing.

Results:

Homeowners Association extremely satisfied with color and material matching. Client commented that they could not tell difference between newly painted section and old section. Because of the necessary step of building an enclosure to properly cure paint, paint survived cold weather application.
